As a licensed pesticide applicator in Texas, Cody brings direct field experience to the company’s service protocols. He’s been hands-on in the development of treatment programs for some of the most challenging pest pressures in the state — from subterranean termites to rodent intrusions in suburban Houston neighborhoods.

Cody’s approach centers on getting the diagnosis right. He understands that misidentifying a pest or applying the wrong treatment doesn’t just fail customers — it can make infestations worse. That focus on accuracy and accountability shapes how the entire No Contract team is trained and evaluated.

Outside of running operations, Cody remains actively involved in service quality reviews and technician development across the Houston, Fort Worth, and Granbury service areas.
