Texas doesn't have four equal pest seasons. It has a pest calendar that runs hot from February through November and barely slows down in winter. Here's what quarterly service covers, season by season:
Spring — Feb through Apr
Fire ant mounds explode after the first warm rains. Termite swarms peak in March and April. Carpenter ants push into structures as the soil warms. Your first treatment of the year hits all of it — perimeter, foundation, interior entry points.
Summer — May through Jul
Mosquito pressure peaks. Wasps establish colonies in eaves and wall voids. Roaches move from exterior to interior as temperatures drive them to seek cooler, moister environments. Treatment two reinforces the barrier and hits seasonal hotspots.
Fall — Aug through Oct
Spiders — including brown recluse — become more active as temperatures drop. Crickets invade. Stink bugs and boxelder bugs push inside ahead of winter. Treatment three adjusts for the shift.
Winter — Nov through Jan
Rodents move indoors as outdoor food sources dry up. Treatment four maintains the exterior barrier and addresses any new entry points before winter sets in hard.
One treatment can't account for all of that. Four can.

Interior treatment
Kitchen, bathrooms, utility areas, baseboards, and any active entry points. We go where the pests go, not just where it's easy to spray.
Full exterior perimeter
Foundation line, doors, windows, eaves, and the full structure exterior. This is the barrier that does the heavy lifting between visits.
Garage and outdoor living areas
Garages, patios, sheds, and outdoor structures included every time. Not an add-on.
Web and nest removal
Visible spider webs, wasp nests, and active pest activity removed during each visit. We're not leaving a wasp nest on your eave and calling it a treatment.
Unlimited re-services
If pests return between scheduled treatments, call or text and we're back within 48 hours at no charge. This is the guarantee that one-time treatments can't offer.
Seasonal adjustments
We don't spray the same product in the same way every quarter. Treatments shift based on what's active. You shouldn't have to explain the season to your pest control company.
Ants (fire, carpenter, sugar, odorous), spiders (brown recluse, black widow, wolf spiders, house spiders), roaches (German, American, Oriental), wasps and hornets, crickets, silverfish, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, stink bugs, and boxelder bugs.

We do a full interior and exterior treatment, identify any conducive conditions (moisture issues, entry points, conducive landscaping), and eliminate any existing activity. Plan for 60 to 90 minutes depending on your home size and current pest pressure.
Exterior perimeter reapplication, high-activity zone treatment, web and nest removal, and seasonal adjustments. Typically 30 to 45 minutes. We're not rushing — that's just how long it takes when there's an active barrier in place.
Pests don't follow a 90-day schedule, and we don't expect you to wait if something shows up. Call us. We come back. No charge.

Depending on weather, pest pressure, and product used. After that, protection fades and you're back where you started.
Each treatment reinforces the last. By your third or fourth visit, the perimeter is established and most pests don't make it inside at all.
Two or three reactive one-time treatments per year costs more than a quarterly program — and you spend half the year with no coverage in between.
