Wildlife Exclusion in Houston,
Fort Worth & Granbury, TX
Wildlife Belongs in the Wild. Your Home Should Feel Like Yours.
A trap catches what's already inside. It doesn't stop the next one from finding the same gap. Exclusion is the part that actually ends the problem — a thoughtful plan to find the opening, remove the intruder, and close the door behind it for good.
Every exclusion job we do is guided by what we actually find at the property. There's no generic package — each recommendation is tied to an observed vulnerability, a likely travel path, or the work required to restore your home's protective envelope.
And workmanship designed to endure comes with a 12-month covered-wildlife warranty, included at no extra charge.
What the Service Includes
Built to Remove the Problem. Built to Keep It From Returning.
Your final scope is guided by what we find at the service location. Here's how we approach every job:
Inspection
A complete exterior review focused on rooflines, vents, soffits, fascia, garage-door edges, utility lines, AC penetrations, and other likely access points.
Exclusion
Identified gaps are sealed with durable, weather-resistant materials. Roof vents may be reinforced with securely fitted hardware cloth; garage and utility gaps may be protected with flashing or other suitable materials.
Removal
Traps, monitoring, or one-way devices are used where needed. Wildlife is handled and relocated or dispatched as permitted by applicable law and the approved service plan.
Communication
Findings and completed work are documented. We maintain clear communication and return as needed to verify that the structure is clear and protected.
Twelve-Month Covered-Wildlife Warranty Included
Protection That Doesn't Have to End
Your first 12 months are included. After that, renew coverage for $250 per year and NoCo will continue standing behind the completed exclusion work.
If covered wildlife returns through a warranted area, one call brings us back — so you don't have to deal with the problem again.
What Exclusion Work Actually Looks Like
Real entry points from real NoCo jobs — sealed with hardware cloth and reinforced so wildlife can't push back through.
When Exclusion Is the Right Call
If you've already had wildlife trapped and removed and it came back, or you want to get ahead of the problem before something moves in, exclusion is the fix. We handle it for the same species covered under our full wildlife removal service — rats and mice, squirrels, raccoons, opossums, bats, and birds.
You just had an animal removed
Trapping without sealing the entry point is a temporary fix. Exclusion closes the gap that made your home attractive in the first place.
You're hearing activity but haven't confirmed what it is
Our inspection identifies the species and every likely access point before we recommend anything — no guessing, no unnecessary work.
You want to get ahead of the problem
New construction, an aging roofline, or a neighborhood with known wildlife pressure are all good reasons to seal vulnerabilities before something finds them.
You want it to actually stay fixed
That's what the 12-month warranty is for. If something gets back in through a warranted area, we come back — no new service fee.
