Inspection

A complete exterior review focused on rooflines, vents, soffits, fascia, garage-door edges, utility lines, AC penetrations, and other likely access points.

Exclusion

Identified gaps are sealed with durable, weather-resistant materials. Roof vents may be reinforced with securely fitted hardware cloth; garage and utility gaps may be protected with flashing or other suitable materials.

Removal

Traps, monitoring, or one-way devices are used where needed. Wildlife is handled and relocated or dispatched as permitted by applicable law and the approved service plan.

Communication

Findings and completed work are documented. We maintain clear communication and return as needed to verify that the structure is clear and protected.

Removal deals with the animal that's already inside — trapping, monitoring, one-way devices. Exclusion is the permanent fix: finding every gap in the roofline, vents, soffits, fascia, garage-door edges, utility lines, and AC penetrations, and sealing them with durable, weather-resistant materials so nothing gets back in. Most of our wildlife jobs include both, because trapping without sealing the entry point just means a new animal moves in a few weeks later.

What's included in the 12-month covered-wildlife warranty?

Every completed exclusion job comes with a 12-month warranty at no extra charge. If covered wildlife gets back in through an area we sealed, one call brings us back out — no new service fee. After the first year, you can renew coverage for $250/year and we'll keep standing behind the work.

What materials do you use to seal entry points?

It depends on the access point and the animal. Roof vents are typically reinforced with securely fitted hardware cloth. Garage and utility gaps are protected with flashing or other suitable materials matched to the construction type and the species involved. Raccoon-grade reinforcement is different from squirrel or bat exclusion — we match the fix to what's actually trying to get through it.

Do you remove the animal first, or just seal the house?

Both, if needed. If our inspection finds signs of an animal already inside (droppings, nesting material, active sound or movement), we use traps, monitoring, or one-way exclusion devices to get it out — and handle it humanely and in compliance with Texas Parks and Wildlife regulations — before sealing that entry point permanently.

How long does an exclusion job take?

Depends on how many access points the inspection finds. A single confirmed opening can often be sealed same-visit. A full roofline exclusion with multiple entry points, or a job that requires trapping first, takes longer. You'll get a written scope and price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
