By using the Site or scheduling Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

No-Contract Service Model

A core part of our business is that we do not lock customers into long-term service contracts. Recurring service plans continue on a pay-as-you-go, period-to-period basis (e.g., quarterly or bi-monthly) and may be paused or cancelled by the customer at any time before the next scheduled service, without an early-termination penalty. Cancelling a recurring plan does not entitle a customer to a refund for services already rendered.

Quotes, Pricing & Scheduling

• Quotes provided through the Site, phone, or "Build Your Plan" tool are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation after an in-person or virtual inspection.
• Final pricing may vary based on property size, pest pressure, accessibility, and the specific services selected.
• Appointment windows are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays, but we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service for safety reasons, including unsafe property conditions or aggressive pets.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods presented at booking or invoicing. Recurring service plans may be billed automatically to the payment method on file for each treatment cycle unless cancelled in advance as described above. Returned payments or chargebacks disputed without cause may result in suspension of future service.

Service Guarantees & Limitations

Any satisfaction or re-treatment guarantee we offer applies only to the specific pest(s) and area(s) covered under your service plan, and is described at the time of booking or in your service agreement. Guarantees do not cover:

• Pests not covered by your specific plan (e.g., a general pest plan does not include termite or wildlife services unless purchased separately)
• New infestations resulting from conditions outside our control, such as construction, neighboring properties, or changes to the property after treatment
• Damage to property, plants, or belongings caused by pre-existing conditions

Pest control reduces pest activity but cannot guarantee complete elimination of all pests at all times, particularly for infestations with sources outside the treated property.

Customer Responsibilities

To help our technicians perform effective, safe service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property information
• Provide reasonable access to the interior and exterior of the property on the day of service
• Secure pets and inform us of any household members with chemical sensitivities or relevant health conditions
• Follow any post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians (e.g., re-entry times, ventilation)

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to No Contract Pest Solutions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
